As part of the interview process, selected candidates will complete a complimentary Five Voices assessment. This provides leadership with additional insight into the candidate's communication style and voice, helping the organization better understand how the individual may communicate, collaborate, and contribute within the existing team.
90-Day Follow-Up
Blossom & Bloom will reconnect with leadership following the employee's first 90 days to gather feedback on performance, role alignment, integration, and overall fit.
